Held at the Anuradhapura District Secretariat on December 4, 2024, the SED organized practical training sessions on email usage, advanced security settings, language translation for business, QR code scanning, creating new QR codes, advanced Facebook settings, Facebook page management, Meta Business Suite usage, and WhatsApp Business.
The “Hithawathi” cybersecurity awareness program was conducted before the training. Mr. Akila Peiris from the LK Domain Registry facilitated the training, which was attended by 45 SED officers representing Divisional Secretariats in Anuradhapura District. Fintech Digital participated via Zoom.
