Organized by SED, this program was conducted at the Co-op Holiday Home in Nuwara Eliya on December 16, 2024. Sessions covered email usage, advanced security settings, language translation for business, QR code scanning, creating new QR codes, advanced Facebook settings, Facebook page management, Meta Business Suite usage, and WhatsApp Business.
The “Hithawathi” cybersecurity awareness program was conducted beforehand. Mr. Akila Peiris from the LK Domain Registry led the sessions, which were attended by 17 SED officers representing Nuwara Eliya District’s Divisional Secretariats.
