Held at the Chilaw Dimuthu Foundation’s Main Hall on October 2, 2024, the Small Enterprise Development Division (SED) organized this training program. Practical sessions covered topics such as email usage, advanced security settings, language translation for business, QR code scanning, creating new QR codes, advanced Facebook settings, Facebook page management, Meta Business Suite usage, and WhatsApp Business.A
“Hithawathi” cybersecurity awareness program was conducted prior to the training. The session was led by Mr. Akila Peiris from the LK Domain Registry. Around 28 SED officers representing all Divisional Secretariats in Puttalam District attended. LOLC, a Digigo.lk partner organization, also participated.
