Facilitator

Isura Silva, is a Business Consultant and Performance Coach in Digital Transformation. He helps Corporate, Public and Not-for-Profit sector organisations to go digital by working with senior managers and their teams. He’s a seasoned coach and trainer on Google Ventures’ Sprint methodology and British Council’s Active Citizen workshops.

Just after graduating, he managed an IT for Development Not-for-Profit for 12 years to help rural entrepreneurs by connecting corporate, government, and Not-for-profit partners to improve their education and employment for a digital economy. He showcased the journey in his TEDxColombo talk.

He was featured in “40 Under 40” in Echelon magazine, in a list of 40 Sri Lankans under 40 years of age, who are considered important risk-takers, job creators, and rule breakers. He is also a noted speaker on “Future of Work”.

Isura has a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Moratuwa. He is a Passed finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA). He has a certificate in Data Science from Johns Hopkins University, USA.
